I thought you had to use "-oculus" since the Quest 2 is an Oculus headset, but this will lead to the game not working, so stick with "-openvr". In the Launch options type in "-openvr" (without quotation marks). Remove the checkmark if there is one here. On the main page make sure that you do NOT mark off using Desktop Theatre. In your Steam library rightclick on ETS2 (or ATS if that's your preference) and go to Properties.
